Abby REALLY wanted a violin for Christmas (since her preschool teacher brought hers in earlier this fall). We looked in to it, and spoke to this same teacher who also happens to teach the violin and Santa made it happen! Sophie was also excited to learn. Last night was their first lesson. It was darling! They learned the parts of the violin, how to hold it, and how to "Pick" the D and the A strings. Precious!

It was great to see the excitement on the girls' faces when they showed us what they learned in their first lesson! It was precious! Sorry we didn't work in a practice session yesterday - the dinosaur movie took precedence :)
