Today we spent a wonderful day at Greenfield Village in Dearborn. We got there bright at early in hopes of beating some of the heat. We did not beat the heat, but we had a wonderful time anyway! We rode in Model T Cars, Trains, Carriages. We visited old houses (some with AC!), and learned lots. We enjoyed an amazing 'Michigan' lunch. The kids all got 'hobo lunches' and loved that they came in the bandanna on a stick! After a giant rainstorm blew through while we ate the temp did drop a little and we savored every last moment of the afternoon. What a wonderful two days!!
