We enjoyed a fun night downtown Holland tonight celebrating Sinterklaas Eve, a Dutch tradition. Sinterklaas rides in to town on a white horse, and the town celebrates. After a chilly parade we headed to Alpen Rose for cookies and hot chocolate (the kids first one). It was wonderful!

Looks like you had a great time - sorry I couldn't join you....maybe next year. Those sure are BIG cookies on that plate! Bet the kids loved all of it :)
