10K Run for Arthritis

For those of you that don't know, I am training for a 10K Run in December. The run is for Arthritis. My grandma, Eleanora Low struggled with arthritis for most of her life. Her strong spirit and amazing smile was, and still is an inspiration to me. I am running this race in her honor/memory.
